Terms and Conditions

Effective November 6, 2026. These terms cover use of the Kunaque website at https://kunaque.com/ and requests for television mounting. They are not a confirmed work order. Questions about a request can go to +1 (206) 284-6391 or tv_m&[email protected].

Services

The site explains television mounting and lets you request an estimate for work in Seattle, Washington. The articles describe typical constraints for walls, fireplaces, masonry, large screens, outdoor locations, commercial rooms, and cables. They are general information. They are not a structural opinion about your wall and not a promise that a specific installation is appropriate.

Requesting an estimate

Use the estimate form, call +1 (206) 284-6391, or email tv_m&[email protected]. Describe the television, the wall, and the installation address or ZIP code. A request asks Kunaque to review that description. It does not reserve a date, create a contract, or lock a price. The site does not offer same-day mounting, and the form cannot be used to demand a visit.

Estimates

The website does not publish a rate card, a discount, a deposit, or a “starting at” price. The price is the one stated for the described work. Screen size and weight, the mount, the wall material, the height, cable concealment, and access to the wall can all change the scope. If the wall, the television, or the access is materially different from the description, the scope is revised before work continues. You are not required to accept a revised scope.

Confirming the work

A confirmed installation exists only after you and Kunaque agree on the scope and the price. Until then, either side may stop the conversation. A message on the website, including a message that the request was received, is not an agreement to appear at an address.

Service area

Kunaque serves Seattle, Washington. The installation address or ZIP code is how a request is checked against that area. An address outside that area may be declined. This website does not publish a street address as an office or a walk-in counter.

Carrying out the installation

After the scope is accepted, the visit is scheduled. You are responsible for a workable description of the television, the wall, and the address. The work area needs to be safe to enter and clear enough to handle the screen. Stairs, locked rooms, and building rules belong in that description. A description that leaves out a veneer wall, a fireplace, or a very large screen can change the job.

Not every surface or television can be mounted. Drywall alone, non-structural veneer, excessive heat above a fireplace, an indoor panel in an outdoor location, or a mount that does not match the screen can stop or change the job. Kunaque may decline work that cannot be done safely. In-wall cable paths are used only where the wall can take them. A new electrical circuit or a permit is identified before scheduling when it applies. It is not assumed to be part of a mount.

Payment

This page does not set a deposit, a payment method, or a due date. Payment terms exist only when they are stated in the confirmed agreement for that job. If no payment term was agreed, this page does not create one.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Before the scope and price are agreed, either side may end the conversation. This page does not charge a fee for that. After a job is confirmed, cancellation and rescheduling follow the confirmed agreement. This page does not add a cancellation fee or a reschedule fee.

Warranties

This page does not grant a warranty period, a satisfaction guarantee, or a workmanship warranty. Any commitment of that kind is whatever the confirmed agreement for that job states, together with any right the law already provides. If no warranty was agreed, this page does not create one.

Using the website

You may read the pages and submit an estimate for a real project. You may not copy the text or the layout for another commercial site, attempt to break the form, or send automated submissions. Those submissions are refused.

Responsibility

To the extent Washington law allows, Kunaque is not liable for decisions you make from the articles alone, such as buying a mount or opening a wall before a scope is agreed. Liability for an installation that goes ahead is governed by the confirmed agreement for that job and by applicable law. Nothing here limits a right that cannot legally be limited. The website can be unavailable from time to time. An unavailable form means the request was not received.

Privacy

Personal information submitted with a request is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The session cookie is described in the Cookie Policy.

Governing law

Use of this website is governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the applicable laws of the United States, without using these terms to select a courthouse. An installation agreement may state its own governing terms. If it does not, the law that applies to that work still applies. These website terms do not replace a right that Washington law does not allow a website to waive.

Changes

These terms can be updated by changing this page. The version that applies to a confirmed installation is the agreement for that job. The version that applies to browsing is the one posted when you browse.
